Delivery policy

All orders will be delivered within 21 working days from date of receipt.

Refund, replacement & cancellation terms

A full refund will be given on any goods damaged or delivered in correctly. Replacement goods will be sent out in this case. Should a customer cancel their order, as long as this is done before dispatch a full refund will be given. Please ensure this cancellation is notified within 24hrs to ensure order has not already been dispatched. If for any reason a customer order and cancels after goods have been shipped, unfortunately no refund will be available.
